How can we bring wisdom into our economic and political systems?
On June 27, 2025, Digi-cnx and the School of Public Policy at Chiang Mai University co-hosted a panel and dinner gathering to explore this question, featuring Dr. Naresh Singh, Director, Centre for Complexity Economics, Applied Spirituality and Public Policy, and Dr Ora-orn, founding director of the School of Public Policy at Chiang Mai University.
Set in a traditional Northern Thai house in San Pakoi, the evening brought together a diverse group—academics, civil society, digital nomads, healers, and technologists.
This gathering was part of Cosmo-local Chiang Mai, a new initiative exploring how local wisdom and Asian philosophy can converge with global knowledge and technological connectivity to cultivate new ways of living—rooted in interconnectedness, regeneration, and care.
